Due to the product being frozen, pies and pie bars are shipped FED-EX.  All are packed with dry ice.  You will receive an e-mail indicating when your order was shipped.       See shipping cost breakdown by clicking here!

Any orders with both frozen and non-perishable products may be shipped separately.  Non-perishable products such as jellies, sauces and cookies will be shipped ground and takes 5 - 7 days depending on location. Never know, this is the Keys!!!

We bill your credit card with the appropriate charges for your region.

All shipping will be done on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
No deliveries on Saturday unless requested and arranged for in advance.  We will advise of the additional shipping costs. Please call for Priority shipping rates.

Please include your phone number and that of the recipient.
Include apartment or suite numbers. $10.00 surcharge for incorrect delivery addresses.

Damage claims must be made to the carrier by the customer.  We'll assist when possible.
