SHIPPING POLICY - Continental U.S. and Canada Only! Please note. Due to customs regulations we CANNOT ship Frozen Products to Canada. Dry goods ONLY! We are very sorry.
Shipping of KEY LIME PIES and KEY LIME PIE BARS is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, FEDEX 2-DAY. Orders must be placed by 2pm est. If it is close to that time please call 305-872-7400 to place the order by phone. We don’t want to miss your order.
Due to the product being frozen, pies and pie bars are shipped FED-EX. and packed with dry ice. You will receive an e-mail indicating when your order was shipped and tracking number for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders with both frozen and non-perishable products will be shipped separately. Non-perishable products such as jellies, sauces and cookies will be shipped FedEx ground Monday through Friday and take 3 – 7 days depending on destination location.
No deliveries on Saturday unless requested and arranged for in advance.
Please Include your phone number and that of the recipient. Include correct apartment or suite numbers. $10.00 surcharge for incorrect delivery addresses.
Damaged products, while rare, must be brought to our attention upon receipt. When possible please photograph any damage and forward pictures to email@example.com. Please call our offices regarding damages @ 305-872-7400.
